Customer has been informed and agree that DANEKA SRL, conform to the articles 13 of the law 45 dated february 26th 2004 of convertion with changings of the artciles 3 D.L. 02/24/03 n. 354, deals your personal data in order to be able to perform the services linked to the demanded request; Furthermore customer got the aknowledgment about his right to be informed of the existance of personal data which may concern himself and about the goals of the treatment and destination of information as well as to obtain confirmation of data dealt in violation of the law, the updating, changing, integration of personal data and to come against the treatment of data for lawful reasons or in case the dealing of data is made for reasons of commercial information, sending of publicitary material or for sale. DANEKA SRL treats personal data in the context of a normal activity of the company for goals strictly linked to its way of relating to its customers as far as the service is concerned. In relation to these particular purposes, the treatment of personal data is carried out through normal, informatical and telematic instruments with logics strictly correlated to the purposes themselves and anyway in order to guarantee safety and reservation of the same personal data through protection measures which impell tha access to the same data to persons who are not allowed to the treatment. More over DANEKA SRL committs itself not to spread out personal data to third parties – The personal data which have been inserted will be treated and kept along the time striclty necessary to the correct execution of the service. The awarding of data is optional but the refuse of replying will bring to the impossiblity of the service to be supplied.
